Creation Régis Mathieu. If its framework was designed by the Maison Mathieu, each candle that makes up Love Chandelier was initially developed as part of the restoration of the chandeliers of the Galerie des Glaces, located in the Palace of Versailles. Patented by Mathieu Lustrerie, these incandescent bulbs are today also available as LEDs and meet the lighting requirements of the French Monuments Historiques, whilst continuing to offer the distinct and natural color of a real flame. Lustre Love incorporates an impressive 120 such beacons and stands as a vibrant echo of Robert Indiana's desire to propagate art as a revealer of a universally shared love. Each light here embodies the union between past and present, traditional art and modern technology. It is a tribute to the timeless beauty of light, a reminder that even in the deepest darkness, art can illuminate our lives and reveal the richness of shared emotions. Just like the candles that once illuminated the nights of Versailles, this work shines brightly, reminding us that love and art will forever transcend time and space.

Si l’ossature est à l’origine de la Maison Mathieu, chaque bougie qui compose cette création a été initialement développée dans le cadre de la restauration des lustres de la Galerie des Glaces, au château de Versailles. Brevetées par Mathieu Lustrerie, ces ampoules incandescentes se déclinent également en Led aujourd’hui et répondent aux contraintes d’éclairage des Monuments Historiques, tout en offrant la couleur de lumière d’une vraie flamme. Cette sculpture impressionnante composée de 120 lumières, se dresse comme un écho vibrant à la volonté de Robert Indiana de propager l'Art comme révélateur d'un amour universellement partagé. Chaque lumière dans cette sculpture incarne l'union entre le passé et le présent, l'art traditionnel et la technologie moderne. Our 18th Century Crystal recreates this effect, making it perfect for pieces that need to look antique or fit in a collection.
