The iron workshop Maroello Guaita is the result of the association in 1913 of Ubaldo Guaita with his cousin Vincent Maroello.
From the beginning of their collaboration they specialized in metal carpentry and had an important artistic activity based on lighting and art objects together with the Daum, Schneider and Muller brothers. The company had up to 20 employees and apprentices, including Piguet and Zadounaïsky. In 1937, their two sons, Charles Guaita and Charles Maroello took over the business with the same quality and rigor until 1970.

L'atelier de ferronnerie Maroello Guaita est le résultat de l'association en 1913 de Ubaldo Guaita avec son cousin Vincent Maroello.
Dès le début de leur collaboration ils se spécialisent dans la menuiserie métallique et ont une importante activité artistique fondée sur le luminaire et les objets d'art conjointement avec les établissements Daum, Schneider et Muller frères. L'entreprise comptera jusqu'à 20 employés et apprentis parmi lesquels on notera le passage de Piguet et de Zadounaïsky. En 1937, leur deux fils, Charles Guaita et Charles Maroello reprennent alors l'affaire dans la même lignée de qualité et de rigueur jusqu'en 1970.
